High Carb Day Strength training Day

Protein
4 egg whites
1 container organic ground beef
1 container cubed organic chicken
1 scoop casein
1 scoop whey

carbs
3 slices ez bread
2 container sweet potatoes

fat
2 tbs almond butter
23 almonds
1 egg yolk

fruits
2 large strawberries

I just love almond butter!!! Can I have a protein shake in the morning? If so what type? can I have almond milk? If so is it considered a fat?
